Design & Concept
Our in-house design team studies global trends and partner briefs to create hand sketches and mood boards for each collection.

CAD & 3D Printing
Designs are engineered in CAD software for exact stone sizes, metal weights and wearability, then printed as high-resolution resin models.

Casting
Models are converted into wax trees and cast in gold or platinum using vacuum and induction casting for dense, porosity-free metal.

Filing & Assembly
Skilled craftsmen clean, file, assemble and laser-solder components, preparing each piece for stone setting.

Stone Setting
Diamonds are sorted, matched and set under microscopes by specialist setters in prong, pavé, micro-pavé, channel, bezel and invisible settings.

Finishing & Plating
